Jane's Warship Guide is pretty guide to the different types of warships and subs that are out there. Especially the new classes of warships and subs that are being built now. For a new age of naval warfare. This book is also good in detail and pictures. Even the artist impressions of new warships that being built is pretty good. I think that Anthony Watts has done pretty good job with this edition. I do like the forward it gives a good explanation of the navies around the world have been doing since the end of the Cold War.
